The Doctor of Public Health Program at Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health is a fully online program designed for professionals who seek to expand their knowledge of evidence-based public health and aspire to excel in leadership roles that impact the complex public health challenges we face, both today and in the future. The Fairfield University DrPH is a part-time, online, low-residency program designed to prepare mid-career public health professionals for leadership roles in practice, policy, academia, and health systems. The curriculum emphasizes ethical leadership, health equity, applied research, and public health systems change, integrating asynchronous coursework with three immersive residencies in Washington, D.C., Fairfield (CT), and Austin (TX). Students may follow a 42-credit plan (if they already hold an MPH) or a 57-credit plan (for those with a non-public-health master’s) and complete the degree in approximately 33–44 months. With strong faculty mentorship, small class cohorts, and an emphasis on translational impact, the program aims to prepare graduates to lead change across sectors, influence public health policy, and generate practice-oriented scholarship.

The Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) program at San Diego State University prepares experienced public health professionals to lead complex organizations and initiatives locally and globally. Offered in a hybrid, cohort-based format, the 48-credit program combines mostly online evening courses with a short in-person summer session in San Diego and can be completed in three years. Students may specialize in Executive Management or Global Health Management while building advanced skills in systems thinking, policy and ethics, strategic planning, and communication. International Health and Sustainable Development isn’t just a catch phrase; it’s a way of life. For over 30 years, Tulane University Department of International Health & Sustainable (IHSD) has been at the forefront of global health and development initiatives, with a global reputation in academic programs, research, and capacity building.
The DrPH in Leadership for IHSD program aims to cultivate leaders capable of making evidence-informed decisions to address complex health challenges in low- and middle-income countries. Using case studies and real-world discussions, our part-time, online program delivers course materials asynchronously and live sessions that create engaging, interactive, and supportive learning experience.
